Learners’ Continuous Use Intention of Blended Learning: TAM-SET Model

Blended learning (BL) combines online and face-to-face teaching is thought to be an effective means cultivate learners’ sustainability literacy. The success of BL relies on learners who take the initiative participate in process. Therefore, this study aims examine acceptance system. technology model (TAM) self-efficacy theory are combined construct a systematic determine continuous intention adopt BL. Seven constructs identified, i.e., course quality (CQ), technical support (TS), perceived usefulness (PU), ease use (PEOU), satisfaction (SE), behavioral intentions (BI). A survey was conducted using close-ended questionnaire, 461 valid responses were collected from Huaqiao University’s undergraduate students. Covariance-based structural equation modelling performed. empirical findings show that except for hypothesis regarding connection between PU PEOU, all other hypotheses verified. CQ stands out as having greatest positive effect which highlights importance also confirms significantly impacts SA, SE, BI, both SA SE influence BI. Based these results, some suggestions provided educators administrators how better design systems strengthen education.
